Tax
Be it Personal Tax or Corporation Tax we will prepare your tax returns and file them with your approval in a timely manner.
We will make suggestions on tax efficiencies based on your individual circumstances.
Be it personal or corporate, we aim to ensure you maximise your tax-free allowances.
Year end service
As a Sole Trader, Partnership or Limited Company you need to prepare an annual set of financial accounts.
We will review your records for accuracy, advise on changes to be made and make suggestions if we believe there are other expenses that you may not have thought about.
You will receive a presentation set of accounts along with the documents for submission to the various regulatory bodies in the UK.
VAT Returns
Making tax digital is where you need to file your returns through authorised software as opposed to the HMRC gateway. It is already compulsory for VAT registered customers with a turnover above the VAT threshold. From April 2022 this will apply to all VAT registered businesses regardless of your income turnover. Monthly or quarterly, full VAT return preparation service or a remind, check and send service. We can add VAT reporting to your accountancy package as a fixed price optional extra.
Company Secretarial
We can assist with the formation of a new company, act as your Company Secretary, issue shares, prepare and file documents with Companies House online.
We can also monitor and maintain your company register and provide the annual confirmation statement.
Payroll
As an optional fixed price extra to your accountancy package we can prepare your payroll for you and/or your staff. This Service Includes: Monthly Payslips, Maternity Pay, Sick Pay, Starters & Leavers, Expenses & Benefits & workplace Pension enrolments & deductions. We report your payroll data direct to HMRC & your pension provider once per month.
Digital Tax Accounts
HMRC Digital Tax accounts are now available to all individuals & businesses, by setting up your digital tax account you get access to your information held and processed by HMRC. From April 2022 most business customers and some individuals will be uploading earnings information to HMRC on a quarterly basis via the tax accounts, there will also be a new style end of year tax return. If you tend to get your papers up together once a year for the accounts, then this will require a dramatic change to comply with the new regulations. We can make ourselves available as your delegate to deal with the complexities of the new HMRC reporting framework.
